2. Submit Your Personal Details
This is where your story comes to life. Once you've chosen a gift, use the "Personalise" button to contact us on WhatsApp with the names, dates, or special messages you want to include.
3. Preview & Confirm Your Design
To ensure everything is perfect, we'll send you a digital preview of your custom design for your approval. We want you to be completely happy before we begin crafting.
4. Production & Delivery
Once you confirm the design, our team gets to work, crafting your gift with attention to every detail. Our typical production lead time is 5-7 business days, after which your heartfelt creation is securely packaged and sent on its way to you.
