Heartfelt Creations products are personalised, custom-made, or made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect details supplied by the customer, unwanted gifts, or normal variations in handmade and 3D printed products.
We accept returns for defective products only. A product may qualify as defective if it arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or is materially different from what was ordered due to an error by Heartfelt Creations.
Because our items are handmade, customised, and often 3D printed, they will not always be perfectly identical to photos, previews, or previous orders. Small layer lines, slight texture differences, minor colour variation, and subtle finish differences are normal and are not considered defects unless they make the product broken, unusable, or clearly incorrect.
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
Once we review the information, we will confirm whether the item qualifies for a return, replacement, repair, or refund. Please do not send any item back before we have confirmed the return instructions.
If a return is approved because the product is defective, we will provide instructions for returning the item and confirm how return shipping will be handled. Return shipping costs for non-approved returns are not covered.
