3. Custom Orders and Personalisation

Due to the nature of our products being custom-made and 3D printed:

• Accuracy: Please ensure all names, dates, and messages submitted for personalisation are correct. We cannot be held responsible for errors in spelling or dates provided by you.
• Variations: As with all 3D printed items, there may be slight variations in texture or colour. This is a hallmark of the process and adds to the uniqueness of each piece.

4. Shipping and Returns

Shipping: We ship throughout South Africa. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the current volume of orders.

Returns: Because our products are personalised and made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

Unless otherwise stated, Heartfelt Creations and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Heartfelt Creations. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
