What counts as a good DIY Boss’s Day gift
DIY Boss’s Day gifts can include a customer-painted miniature, a personal note and other handmade touches that suit the workplace. The point is effort and personality, not perfection. A boss will usually value the time you put in more than a flawless finish.
Choose something that fits the office. Boss’s Day 2027 is on Saturday, 16 October, so most teams will present gifts on Friday, 15 October. Work back from that date, as handmade projects tend to take longer than expected. The Boss’s Day 2027 guide has the dates.
